Noel Hepworth is a former Director (Chief Executive) of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA). He has worked with OECD/SIGMA as a PFM consultant and with various consultancy organizations on EU accession arrangements and in neighborhood countries. He is a fellow of the Centre of Excellence in Finance (CEF) based in Slovenia.
